The Eden House Condominiums is a beautiful beachfront condominium
complex. It is located on the south end of Ft. Myers Beach at 7700
Estero Boulevard, directly across from the Bay Beach Public Golf Course.
There are 35 units in the complex. The building is six stories high with
each unit having a designated parking space on the ground level. Unit
401 is a corner unit situated on the fourth floor and is elegantly
decorated. There is also private security access to the building.
The unit has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is very
large and spacious and has a King size bed. There is a tub/shower in the
private master bath. The guestroom has two twin beds and the guest bath
has a large shower. The living room has wall to wall glass sliding doors
that open onto the spacious lanai which directly overlooks the beautiful
Gulf of Mexico and the complex's lovely private beach. Because it is a
corner unit, you have gorgeous “wrap around views”. The
living room is a very large area complete with a sleeper sofa and love
seat, as well as another separate seating area. There is even a large flat screen TV for you
sports lovers.
There is a washer/dryer within the unit. In addition, the condo comes
completely furnished with all the comforts of home. There are linens,
beach towels, cooking utensils, dishes, and more. We take great care and
pride in our unit, giving it loving touches and upgrades every year.
Eden House has a swimming pool and sauna. In the pool area, there are
restrooms as well as a kitchen where you can store your beverages and
snacks while enjoying our very own private sandy beach of Ft. Myers. On
the beach there is a covered area with a picnic table and grill perfect
for enjoying your evening sunsets.
All these features make the condominium very peaceful and quiet, if
relaxing is what you have in mind. We want you to feel at home during
your stay.
Santini Square Shopping Center is located within walking distance just a
couple blocks north. Within the shopping center there is a hardware,
drug store, clothing, restaurants, deli, pizza, ice cream shop, gift and
small furniture stores, etc. for your convenience. A marina is also
located next to the shopping center. A public golf course is just across
the street from the complex.
A large Publix Grocery Store is located just over a mile north of the
condominium on the right.
Approximately one-mile south is Lovers Key Park, which is a lovely place
for picnicking, fishing, sunning, relaxing or boat watching.
Approximately ten miles south is Bonita Beach Shopping Center, which has
a large Publix grocery, K- Mart and several other stores.
Approximately five miles north is Ft. Myers Beach Town Square with
restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, entertainment, and outside cafés.
Very touristy and where the major hotels are located.
Approximately ten miles north is a Ft. Myers Shopping Center with a
large Winn-Dixie and Albertsons groceries, drug store, etc. In between
Town Square and this shopping center are an assortment of restaurants,
small shops, Putt Putt Golf, etc.
Unit 401 is privately owned. It is a non-smoking unit and no pets are
allowed. All these things contribute toward it being very clean and
comfortable and cozy. YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
