Welcome to Estero Beach & Tennis Condominiums. They are located on the south end of Ft. Myers Beach across the street from Santini Plaza Square Shopping Center and directly on the beach. There are three towers on the complex with 296 total units. Each building is 12 stories high, with Unit 701A occupying space on the 7th floor of the north (A) building.

 The unit is approximately 600 square feet and is a one bedroom efficiency. It has a King size bed and a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. The kitchen comes completely furnished with all the comforts of home. There are linens, cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave and more. The couch in the sitting area pulls out into a full size bed. There is also a TV, cable, stereo, and spectacular views from your balcony including a beautiful view of the back bay. We take great pride in our unit giving it loving touches and upgrades each year. In February of 2007 we added a beautiful privacy wall as well as new carpeting throughout.

Estero Beach & Tennis has four tennis courts, a swimming pool, washer/dryer units on the main floor of each building, indoor sitting areas with outdoor views, shuffle boards, and a picnic/BBQ grill area. Not to mention a path straight out onto the beach.

Santini Plaza Square Shopping Center is just across the street. Within the shopping center is a small grocery, hardware, drug store, clothing, restaurants, deli, pizza, ice cream shop, gift and small furniture stores, etc. for your convenience. A public golf course and marina are located next to the shopping center.

Publix Grocery Store is located approximately two miles north of the condominium.

Approximately one-mile south is Lovers Key Park, which is a lovely place for picnicking, fishing, sunning, relaxing or boat watching.

Approximately five miles north is Ft. Myers Beach Town Square with restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, entertainment, and outside cafés. Very touristy and where the main hotels on the island are located.

This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets.
