Royal Pelican at Bay Beach has it all! Gulf access, golf, tennis, fishing, pools, clubhouse, under building parking and so much more. This is a 144 unit, 16 building community with a wonderful environment. It is located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach, directly adjacent to the Bay Beach Public Golf Course. The building is five stories high with each unit having a designated parking space underneath. Unit 272 is situated on the second level up from the parking level. It is very elegantly decorated and the entire unit was completely remodeled in 2007. There is also security access to the building. Two large screened lanais (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room) provide you with beautiful sunsets and a spectacular view of the canal and marina where you can watch the manatees or the yachts pull in to dock. All these features make the condominium very peaceful and quiet, if relaxing is what you have in mind.

The unit has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. There is also a tub/shower in the private master bath. You also have private access to the first balcony. The guestroom has two twin beds and the guest bath has a large shower. There is also a stack washer/dryer within the unit. The condo comes completely furnished with all the comforts of home. There are linens, cooking utensils, color television with cable, stereo, and DVD (feel free to bring along your favorite compact discs and/or movies).

The Royal Pelican has two swimming pools and a wonderful clubhouse. There are exciting activities, outings and mixers every week. Santini Square Shopping Center is located within walking distance as it is right next door. Within the shopping center there is a hardware, drug store, clothing, restaurants, deli, pizza, ice cream shop, gift and small furniture stores, etc. for your convenience. A marina is also located next to the complex and of course, there is the public golf course as well.

A large Publix Grocery Store is located just over a mile north of the condominium on the right.

Approximately one-mile south is Lovers Key Park, which is a lovely place for picnicking, fishing, sunning, relaxing or boat watching.

Approximately ten miles south is Bonita Beach Shopping Center, which has a large Publix grocery, K- Mart and several other stores.

Approximately five miles north is Ft. Myers Beach Town Square with restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, entertainment, and outside cafés. Very touristy and where the major hotels are located.

Approximately ten miles north is a Ft. Myers Shopping Center with a large Winn-Dixie and Albertsons groceries, drug store, etc. In between Town Square and this shopping center are an assortment of restaurants, small shops, Putt Putt Golf, etc.

In addition to basking in the warm Florida sun, Ft. Myers Beach offers a variety of quaint local retail stores, fudge shops, and restaurants. There is plenty to do for the entire family.
