Each unit has a damage deposit. This is 100% refundable upon return of the keys and and inspection of the property. Any damage will be deducted from this amount.
Once the damage deposit is received your reservation is secure. Full payment must be received (4) weeks prior to arrival. (Do not post date check for rental dates.)
Cancellation schedule is as follows:
- 60 days prior to reservation - full refund
- Less than 60 days - deposit forfeited
